Starting a new home, finding land, picking all the items that can go into a home can be overwhelming. This buyer’s package is an important tool to help guide you through the process of building your home.
Stacy Construction Inc. new home package includes:
· Standard home features.
· Custom homes will have a proposal/ pricing sheet with list of amenities.
· ‘Shopping list’ with the places to go and directions.
· Allowance sheet. This will tell you what your allowances are on your home.
· A pricing list that will give you an idea of what items might cost, “like a hot tub circuit.”
· Of course there will be plenty of questions so feel free to call.

Stacy Construction Inc. standard list of options:
· Standard grade on lot and standard lot size (approx. 80x100)
· Standard setbacks for driveways (20 feet)
· Standard foundation that does not require engineering on soil or foundation and materials.
· Full foundation and ‘pony’ wall system per plans. R-19 insulation wrap on foundation wall.
· ‘Silent’ engineered joist floor systems.
· 2x4 construction walls with engineered truss systems.
· 25 year Architectural shingles.
· Cottage lap siding.
· Vinyl windows. Energy efficient (lifetime warranty).
· Two tone paint inside and out.
· Gutters where needed.
· Blown in R-15 insulation in interior walls R-13 bat in garage that exceeds residential codes.
· 200 amp electrical service.
· Can lights in kitchen.
· Plumbed for water softener, Kitchen sink is Efficiency cast iron, bath sinks are china.
· Plumbed for icemaker, standard tub and shower surrounds are #1 grade fiberglass with tile look.
· Standard allowances on laminates, tile backsplash is standard 4x4 and tub surrounds.
· Kitchen package includes self-cleaning range, turntable Microwave exhaust hood, garbage disposal, and Multi-cycle dishwasher.
· Standard allowances on carpets, vinyl, etc. (see bid sheet).
· Hardwood in Kitchen, entry. (RED OAK #2) . Vinyl in baths, utility.
· Steel face garage doors with one opener.
· Oversized Heat and Glow (or like) fireplace with white painted surround and tile backsplash.
· Colonial trim 2 ½” base for all doors and floor skirting.
· Sheetrock walls with ‘orange peal’ texture on walls and ceiling.
· Polo polished Brass/Chrome (satin) knobs.
· 6 panel interior doors.
