Warranty Information

Stacy Construction strives to deliver homes that are enjoyable to live in and will give you many years of enjoyment. Homes are complex creations with thousands of parts and because of this certain items need maintenance, care and attention over the years of use. If you have questions or concerns, we are here to help. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Our warranty is easy to understand is based industry standards set in place by years of homebuilding and industry guidelines for construction. Every home is different, and warranties are in place from manufactures and the contractors who built the home if those items are found to have a defect or is failing to work as designed. There are many items in a home that are considered home care or maintenance items and providing normal maintenance for your home and is a homeowner responsibility. Such items will be the discretion of the contractor or manufacture to determine if the item is needing warranty work, to be repaired or replaced, or if the items is within guidelines for a new home. If you feel you have a warranty claim, you can fill out a warranty request and we will respond with directions for the next steps. This response can take up to 24hrs and we do not provide emergency responses.
